This nutrient packed smoothie is the perfect way to kick start your day.  Quick and easy to prepare and packed with essential nutrients and nutritional

antioxidants perfect for a healthy Mum and baby.


  • ½ cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup blueberries (or your choice of berries)
  • 1 scoop pea protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp linseed
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Serve immediately.

This smoothie is versatile and can be adapted to include whatever fruit and veg you have in the fridge. Add ice for a refreshing cool start on a warm day or cinnamon for a warming kick.
