1 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup unhulled tahini
1/2 cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
( plus extra for coating balls)
1/2 cup cranberries
1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil softened
1/4 cup goji berries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
4 Medjool dates chopped
2 teaspoons cinnamon
